Chris and Dawn Champion moved to Blanco, Texas from Allen, Texas in August 2011. They relocated to be a support to their aging family members. They have been active members of First Baptist Church since 2012 serving in many areas of the church including the Youth and Children’s’ ministries, Finance Committee, Deacon Board, Adult Sunday School teacher and various other roles in the church. They are parents to three grown children and have been greatly blessed with three beautiful grand babies. Chris spent almost 20 years in the staffing industry then 7 years working for a corporate ministry. He has recently decided to become self employed and operates as an EOS implementer. After working as an educational aide in Allen for many years, Dawn became the caregiver to several family members for nearly ten years. She currently enjoys caring for her husband, children and grandchildren as well as maintaining their inherited homestead.
