Doug and Vickie Pautz joined Blanco FBC 44 years ago. He was ordained a Deacon in 1983.  He has led various Bible Studies continually since 1981, such as the Buggy Barn Bible Study since 2013. He has been on many committees, including both Pastor Search and Youth Pastor Search committees. He has been a volunteer leader with Blanco Younglife since 2007. He has worked with FBC Youth in various roles, lately in the kitchen. He retired in August 2023 from 45 years of Dentistry when God sent Mark Dean and his family to Blanco to take his place. He and Vickie have 2 grown daughters (both married) and 2 grandsons. Vickie has been involved in
FBC music ministries for all 44 years they have been here, including Children, Youth, Adults and
Community Choirs. They will celebrate their 50th anniversary this December 29, 2024.
