Eric and Rhonda Carr joined FBC in October 2016 after moving from Midland, TX. Eric retired after a career of owning and operating Little Caesars Pizza in West Texas. He now serves with the House and Grounds and Long-Range Planning teams. Rhonda was a registered dietitian in the US Air Force and USAF Reserves, then served in the Midland Independent School district and finished her career as a diabetes educator at Midland Memorial Hospital. Rhonda is currently serving with the FBC Hospitality team and Member Care committee.
Eric and Rhonda have two daughters. Laura Parker and her family live in Georgetown, and Allison Cotti and her family live in Austin. Between them, Eric and Rhonda have five grandchildren.
Eric and Rhonda are avid pickleball players, they love to hike, and Eric’s favorite pastime is fishing.
