Ron Brown

Ron and Brenda Brown grew up together in a small town in central Texas. They married in 1968 and graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1972. After graduating, Ron opened a barbershop, and Brenda began working with an interior design firm in Huntsville, Texas.
In 1978, they moved to Austin, Texas, and in 1979, they opened the Roffler School of Hair Design, where Ron trained new barbers until selling the school in 2022 and retiring. Brenda returned to interior design in 1981 and worked with a company in Austin until her retirement in 2023.
Ron and Brenda have two children, Jennifer and Travis, and two grandchildren, Meagan and Garrett. They moved to Blanco in 2001 and joined FBC Blanco that same year.
